She and her team of bodyworkers employ multiple modalities to help their clients heal. Her clients have taught her that healing must occur at the levels of body, mind, and spirit to recover from traumas truly. While many will benefit from traditional psychotherapy, many must work on all domains. She is trained in Somatic Experiencing (SE), supportive touch, energy healing and now Soul Centered Healing (SCH). She and her team have developed a unique approach to trauma healing due to this realization. The Ensemble Method, where the psychotherapist and the bodyworker combine their knowledge in the same session, thus ensuring all dimensions are being healed in tandem.
